The Severity of the Problem
Problem
Low transition rate to further Education

In Ghana, only 21% of Senior High School graduates pursue tertiary education post-graduation.

Problem
High cost of university education

The all-in university education cost can go up to 2x the average annual household income in Ghana.

Problem
Low WASSCE pass rates

According to the Ghana Education Service 2020 report, in 76% of the schools represented, fewer than half of the students passed the school leaving exams.

Problem
Lack of guidance in selecting programs

Most Senior High Schools in Ghana do not have structured career guidance and counseling facilities to assist students in selecting tertiary education programs.
