Build the right foundation through mindset transformation, core values, discipline, and training in technical and professional skills. Analysts complete probation, are paired with buddies and mentors, gain exposure to industry tools, and become part of a collaborative cohort community.

Deepen expertise through specialised career tracks, advanced technical and soft skills training, team projects, MiniShips, and client facing experiences. Analysts take on greater responsibility while benefiting from structured external mentorship.

GAP is open to university undergraduates in Ghana who are passionate about personal and professional development. We look for motivated individuals who demonstrate leadership potential and a commitment to community.

GAP is a 3-year program that runs alongside your university education. Year 1 focuses on foundations, Year 2 on acceleration and real-world projects, and Year 3 on career transition and alumni mentoring.

GAP is free for all accepted participants. The program is funded through corporate sponsorships, partnerships, and donations.

You will receive over 1,200 hours of training across financial analysis, data tools, business communication, leadership, and professional certifications from recognized institutions.

Yes. GAP provides direct connections to hiring partners including Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, Genser Energy, and others. Our analysts have a strong track record of securing competitive positions.
